We can't control a landlord's decision, but a professional move-out clean (plus carpet cleaning if your lease requires it) takes care of the most common cleaning deductions.
Does the home need to be empty?
Move-out cleaning works best once your belongings are out, so we can reach every shelf, closet and corner. If a few items are still there, let us know and we'll work around them.
Do you clean inside the fridge and oven?
Yes. Inside and outside of the oven, fridge, freezer and microwave are part of every move-out clean. Please empty the fridge before we arrive.
Can you clean the carpets at the same time?
Yes. We're professional carpet and rug cleaners, so we can steam clean the carpets in the same visit — very helpful if your lease requires professionally cleaned carpets.
Do I need to be there during the cleaning?
No. Many customers leave a key or lockbox code. We'll let you know when we're finished. Please make sure the water and electricity are still on.
