Will power washing damage my deck or siding?
We match the pressure and nozzle to the surface. Wood decks and vinyl siding get lower pressure and more rinse; concrete and pavers can take more. Tell us what the surface is when you book and we will plan for it.
Do you need anything from me?
Access to an outdoor water spigot and to the areas being washed. Please move cars, grills and planters off the surfaces beforehand if you can.
When is the best time to power wash on the North Shore?
Spring, to clear winter grime and pollen before you start using the deck and patio, and fall, before leaves and mildew settle in for winter. Ask us about dates outside those seasons.
Can you clean the deck and the house in the same visit?
