How do I count seat cushions?
Count the cushions you sit on, not the back cushions. A sectional with a chaise counts the chaise as one extra seat. If you're not sure, text us a photo at 978-473-2772.
How long does it take to dry?
Most couches are dry the same day. Good airflow — a fan, open windows or the AC — speeds it up.
Can you get out pet stains and odors?
We pre-treat stains and deodorize every couch, and pet stains and odors are some of the most common things we work on. Some old or set-in stains can't be fully removed, and we'll tell you up front what to expect.
How often should I clean my couch?
Twice a year with normal use, and three to four times a year with kids or pets.
