How Much Does Apartment Cleaning Cost in Beverly, MA? Real 2026 Prices

Search for apartment cleaning prices in Beverly and you get a lot of "call for a quote." Here is the actual answer. Every Kind Cleaning prices apartment and condo cleaning on three things: your square footage, how many bathrooms you have, and which of our four levels of cleaning you pick. Put those into the calculator on our apartment cleaning page and the price is on the screen before you book.

Below are real examples from that calculator for a studio, a one bedroom, a two bedroom and a three bedroom condo, plus what each level includes and what moves the price up or down.

How Apartment Cleaning Is Priced

The price has three parts. A base amount set by your square footage, a bathroom charge set by how many bathrooms you have (half baths count as a half), and the level you choose. Level 1 is the regular clean. Levels 2, 3 and 4 add more work per square foot, so a deeper clean on a bigger apartment costs more than the same level on a studio. The result is rounded to a set price, so a 700 square foot apartment and a 750 square foot apartment usually land on the same number.

Two things that do not change the price: which town you are in, and whether you call it an apartment, a condo or a house. Beverly, Salem, Danvers and Peabody all use the same list, and a 1,100 square foot condo prices the same as a 1,100 square foot house.

Real Prices by Apartment Size

These come straight from the calculator on our site. The four numbers are Level 1 through Level 4.

ApartmentLevel 1Level 2Level 3Level 4
Studio, 500 sq ft, 1 bath$350$450$500$550
One bedroom, 700 sq ft, 1 bath$350$500$550$650
Two bedroom, 1,100 sq ft, 2 baths$400$600$750$850
Three bedroom condo, 1,500 sq ft, 2.5 baths$475$800$950$1,100

Your own number may differ a little from these because the square footage brackets and bathroom counts shift the base. Enter your exact size on the apartment cleaning page to see it.

What Each Level Includes

  • Level 1: floors, surfaces, bathrooms, dusting and appliance fronts. This is the regular clean for recurring visits.
  • Level 2: everything in Level 1, plus inside the oven, fridge and microwave, steam mopped floors and baseboards.
  • Level 3: everything in Level 2, plus every wall, door and baseboard, window glass, and hard to reach dusting.
  • Level 4: everything in Level 3, plus grout and tile, ceilings, vents, window tracks, and appliances inside and out.

A first visit to an apartment that has not had a professional clean in a while is usually a Level 2 or Level 3. After that, Level 1 every two weeks or monthly keeps it there.

What Makes the Price Go Up

  • Bathrooms. A second full bath or an extra half bath adds to the bathroom charge. Bathrooms take the most time per square foot of anything in an apartment.
  • Size. The base steps up at 800, 1,000, 1,200 and 1,400 square feet, and the per square foot part of Levels 2 to 4 grows with the space.
  • Level. Going from Level 1 to Level 4 on a 1,100 square foot two bedroom moves the price from $400 to $850. Inside the oven, fridge, walls, grout and vents is a lot of extra work.

What Does Not Change the Price

  • The town. Same prices in Beverly, Salem, Danvers, Peabody, Marblehead and the rest of the North Shore.
  • How long it takes us. The price is fixed when you book. No extra charge if the job runs long, no refund if it finishes early.
  • Whether you are home. Most apartment customers leave a key, a lockbox code or a note with the front desk.

How to Keep the Cost Down

Book the level that matches the job rather than the biggest one. If the oven and fridge are fine, Level 1 covers the rest. Clear the floors and counters before we arrive so the time goes into cleaning rather than moving things. And if you want recurring visits, keeping them regular means each one stays a Level 1.

Carpets and a couch can be cleaned in the same visit. Carpet cleaning is $268 for one room and a two seater couch is $188, both on our prices page.

Apartment Cleaning Cost FAQs

How much does it cost to clean a one bedroom apartment in Beverly?

A 700 square foot one bedroom with one bathroom is $350 at Level 1, $500 at Level 2, $550 at Level 3 and $650 at Level 4 on our calculator. Enter your exact size on the apartment cleaning page for your number.

How much is a studio apartment cleaning?

A 500 square foot studio with one bathroom is $350 for a Level 1 clean and $450 for Level 2. Studios are the lowest prices on our list because the base and the per square foot part are both at the bottom bracket.

Is apartment cleaning cheaper than house cleaning?

It is the same formula. The price comes from square footage, bathrooms and level, so a small apartment costs less than a large house simply because it is smaller, not because it is an apartment.

Do prices change for Salem, Danvers or Peabody?

No. The same prices apply across the North Shore. We are based at 233 Dodge Street in Beverly and the list is the same in every town we serve.

How do I book apartment cleaning?

Go to the apartment cleaning page, enter your square footage and bathrooms, pick a level, and choose a date on the live calendar. Payment is taken at booking and the price is fixed. Or text 978-473-2772 with your size and we will send the link.
